1. Investigate and identify ALL of the HR processes that the HR department will need to
activate in this situation.
2. List these processes in the sequential order that they will need to be administered.
3. Provide a brief explanation of each process that you have identified and explain why you
believe that process is necessary.

4. In your final report for the HR Manager:
a. Choose what you believe are the 3 most important processes.
b. Explain why you believe these processes are the most important.
c. Recommend the specific steps needed to meet each of these requirements.

Australia. Recently there have been several incidents in the Bank’s Melbourne Call Centre: one staff

copier paper from a high cupboard. A third staff member has complained that a male team member
frequently calls her ‘Beautiful’ and keeps asking her to go out for dinner with him. A fourth team
member has started taking frequent sick days due to back pain from sitting at a desk taking
